After 10 years of hiding....my depression got on the surface.
I made it to the doctor office,ready to give up on life,he gave me a pill,after about 20minutes,i was breathing better,we started to talk...i was put on some medication,and 5 days off work.
Im starting a 6 month medication plan,antidepression medication and 2 other to help me to get the much needed quality sleep.
I have to take a break from EVE.
i will be in and out from time to time.

Hope i will not get kicked out
