Awareness is a double-edged sword. The more we think, the more we analyze, and the more we feel—joy, but also suffering. Ignorance, on the other hand, offers a peculiar kind of peace. Without deep thought, there is no overthinking; without overthinking, there is no worry; and without worry, there is no pain. Perhaps, in some cases, bliss is not found in wisdom, but in the absence of it.
